It appears that the non driven roller on top is not spinning with the grain. We've set the gap to the largest possible on the bottom roller and that does nada. Running it with a 1/2 inch 7.8 amp corded drill. Trying to mill in grain for tomorrow's brew day. Have an e-mail in to monster, but not sure how long it will take for their response.

I had a similar issue with my MM3 2.0 and I found that grain was getting between one of my rollers and the frame. Only happened once but I'm thinking I may have been trying to mill a tad too fast with domestic malt. No issues with UK or Continental malts. In regards to the adjustable roller slipping, it's a known issue that has been remedied.

The 2-roller with the finer crush had a lot of grains pulverized to a flour-like consistency. With the MM-3 at 0.035" gap, I achieved a mash efficiency of 78%. With only a 2% difference to the first run with the 2-roller mill, this could very well have just been measurement variation.
